1. PLACING AN ORDER
- Browse through the SHOPS page and once you have selected which rosary you would like, please head over to the ORDER page to populate and submit the form. We will then email a PayPal invoice to you. Once you have made the payment, a receipt confirming your order and payment details will be emailed, requesting your postal address.
Feel free to request your colour choice.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Shipping is via Australia Post and costs $9.00 for one item and $4.50 for additional items in the same order. Items are shipped within 7 – 10 days after payment is received.
- Delivery times vary between 7 – 10 days.
- Only domestic shipping is offered at this time.
- All shipping methods come with tracking information.
- If you require speed post, please request that in your email and we will send you the shipping quotes for the same.
 - We are not responsible for lost packages. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address.

3. PAYMENT
We only offer PayPal payment option at this time. We sell gift cards as well.

4. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your rosary. However, we cannot offer a refund on personalized items. Our products are created with attention to detail and are designed for regular use. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately and let's see what we can work out. Any arrangement will require the original rosary and rosary parts to be returned. Buyer will bear the return shipping costs and we at Posh Prayers will cover the delivery cost of the repaired rosary.

5. WARRANTY
Every piece at Posh Prayers is made with great care which makes it durable for daily wear, however; a rosary is not a plaything. Young children should not be left unsupervised with a rosary as it does pose a strangulation or choking risk.

6. GIFT WRAP OPTIONS:
Each piece comes neatly packaged in a box with ribbon and ready for gift giving. At no additional cost a gift card can be included in the order. For favors or bulk orders, gift wrap and personalised gift tags are offered for an additional fee.

7. ROSARY SIZES
Car Rosaries and Rosary Favors are approximately 5" in length.

Personalized Rosaries are approximately 14" in length...this may vary depending on the number of letters in a name or number of names personalized in the rosary.

Kids Rosaries - the small bead rosaries are approximately 9" in length.
                       - the big bead rosaries are approximately 11.5" in length.

8. ROSARY PRICING
Car Rosaries and Rosary Favors are $8.00 each.

Personalized Rosaries : With one name - letters ranging from three to five are $25.00
                                    With one name - letters ranging from six to eight are  $30.00
                                    With one name - letters nine and above are $35.00

With two names : $45.00
With three names: $50.00
With four names: $55.00
With five names : $60.00
   

Kids Rosaries - the small bead rosaries are $8.00 each.
                       - the big bead rosaries are $10.00 each.

9. DISCOUNTS
On orders of 10 or more rosaries discounts are offered.
